Shipping and delivery

We use third-party fulfilment partners and suppliers to ship many products directly to customers. Products may be dispatched from different locations, including locations outside Australia.

Australia shipping rates

Standard shipping within Australia is AUD 11. Standard shipping is free on Australian orders of AUD 100 or more. Express shipping within Australia is AUD 15. The shipping options available for your order are shown at checkout.

International shipping

At present, checkout is available for Australian delivery addresses. We may add selected international destinations in future as markets, fulfilment coverage and customs requirements are reviewed. Any destinations available for purchase will be shown at checkout.

Order processing

After your order is placed, it may require supplier processing before dispatch. Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination, supplier availability and carrier conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout, in an order confirmation or in tracking information is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.

Multiple parcels

If you order more than one item, products may be supplied by different fulfilment partners and may arrive in separate parcels at different times. You will not be charged an additional product price merely because an order is split into multiple parcels.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Tracking events can take time to update after a parcel enters the carrier network.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We will try to help, but address changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch has begun.

Delays, lost parcels and delivery issues

If your order is materially delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant fulfilment partner or carrier and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Customs, duties and import charges

If international delivery is made available in future, destination-country duties, taxes or import charges may apply unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
