Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this online store or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and product information

We curate practical household, organisation, cleaning, kitchen, personal-care and pet-related products supplied by third-party manufacturers and fulfilment partners. We may not manufacture the products we sell. Product images, specifications, dimensions, materials, colours and packaging may originate from suppliers and may be updated where supplier information changes. We take reasonable steps to present material product information accurately, but minor non-material differences can occur.

You are responsible for checking stated measurements, compatibility, care instructions and intended use before purchase. Product-specific warnings and instructions should be followed. Do not use a product in a way that is unsafe or inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. The amount payable is the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges shown there. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfilment. If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of an obvious error, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including a refund where applicable.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee that every item will remain available. Inventory can change at supplier level. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative or refund for the unavailable item. We do not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Supplier fulfilment

Some orders are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. Items in one order may be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times. Our use of third-party fulfilment partners does not remove any obligations we have to you as the retailer under applicable law.

Promotions

Discounts, promotional offers and bundle pricing are subject to the conditions stated with the offer and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combinable.

Intellectual property

The store design, original written content, branding and other materials we own or license may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with store operation, submit fraudulent orders, use automated systems in a way that unreasonably burdens the service, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions, or events outside our reasonable control. This clause does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed, subject to any rights that apply by law.
